My coffee journey has lead me here. Just a guy who fell in love with the culture, people and of course the flavors coffee has to offer.

I have done all the hard work extracting and making the coffee to create Speciality Instant so you can simply add your choice liquid, stir and enjoy.

In my pursuit of my own version of the God shot.I spent over a decade behind the bar specializing in cupping espresso only. I have indeed, like many, fell into many rabbit holes all to try and learn the craft and mystery behind making great espresso. With some diversions into chinese tea and filter coffee exploring light roasts. I found it hard to settle my own standard of a delicious cup and life.

Fast forward a few years and i end up bulk buying coffee by the kilos and extracting it all in one go. I then freeze dry it all ready for my morning rushes to work.

The conviniece and the consistecy far exceeded my expectations and in all honesty much tastier than my half asleep uncaffeinated self trying to make my coffee fresh each morning.
